Which curl should I choose?

C and CC suit most clients for everyday volume. D and DD add dramatic lift for hooded or monolid eyes. L curls are best for clients with very straight natural lashes.

How long do these lashes last?

With proper application and aftercare, fills are typically needed every 2–3 weeks. Advise clients to avoid oil-based products near the lash line and cleanse daily with a lash-safe cleanser.

Shipping & Returns

Please note the following when returning purchased items. You may return unwanted items by mail within 60 days of receiving your order.

Liquid products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

We offer a 60-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 60 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

**Damages and Issues**
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you discover that an item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

**Exceptions / Non-returnable Items**

**Exchanges**
To get the item you want as quickly as possible, we recommend following the return process for your current item; once the return is approved, simply place a separate order for the new item you wish to purchase.

If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method.
