Liquid products are not eligible for return or exchange.

**Exchanges**
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to follow the return process for the item you currently have; once your return request is approved, simply place a separate order for the new item you wish to purchase.

If your application is approved, the refund amount will be automatically credited back to your original payment account.
