- Apply lifting solution to the lashes using a micro-brush — from base to mid-shaft only; avoid the tips
- Cover with cling film to retain heat and enhance processing
- Processing time: 8–12 minutes depending on lash thickness and texture
- Fine/thin lashes: 8 minutes; medium lashes: 10 minutes; thick/coarse lashes: 12 minutes
- Do not exceed 12 minutes — over-processing causes lash damage
Step 4: Remove Lifting Solution & Apply Neutralizer
- Remove lifting solution with a dry micro-brush — do not use water at this stage
- Apply neutralizer immediately using a clean micro-brush
- Cover with cling film
- Processing time: 8–10 minutes

Step 5: Nourishing Treatment & Removal
- Remove neutralizer with a dry micro-brush
- Apply nourishing serum to lashes — leave for 3–5 minutes
