There are a few important things to please keep in mind when returning a product you purchased. You can return unwanted items by post within 60 days of receipt of your goods.
Liquid products do not support returns and exchanges.
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Refunds

The refund request will be processed within one business day. If the order has already shipped, you will receive a notification that the order is already on its way and that refund is available after you will return the package to us. When the return reaches us, you will issue a refund for the order.
