المبالغ المستردة
سنُخطرك فور استلامنا لإرجاعك وفحصه، وسنُعلمك بموافقة طلب استرداد المبلغ. في حال الموافقة، سيتم استرداد المبلغ تلقائيًا باستخدام طريقة الدفع الأصلية. يُرجى العلم أن معالجة طلب استرداد المبلغ وإرساله من قِبل البنك أو شركة بطاقة الائتمان قد تستغرق بعض الوقت.

ارجع خلال ٧ أيام لاسترداد المبلغ. يتحمل المشتري تكاليف الشحن.
يجب أن تكون العناصر غير مستخدمة، وفي نفس الحالة التي تم استلامها بها، وتتضمن جميع العبوات الأصلية.

إذا تم شحن الطلب بالفعل، ستتلقى إشعارًا بأن الطلب في طريقه إليك وأن استرداد المبلغ متاح بعد إرجاع الطرد إلينا. عند وصول الإرجاع إلينا، ستُصدر استردادًا للطلب.

في حال كان الإرجاع من قِبل المستهلك، يتحمل رسوم الشحن. تُحدد الرسوم بناءً على شركة الشحن السريع التي تختارها.

إذا كانت البضائع المستلمة تالفة أو غير صحيحة بسبب أسبابنا، فلا يُطلب من المستهلك تحمل رسوم الشحن لهذا السبب.
