No — this remover is formulated for DIY cluster bond and seal glue (acrylate-based). Professional lash extension adhesive uses cyanoacrylate which requires a dedicated professional remover. Use Gel Remover or Cream Remover for professional extensions.

Why should I never pull clusters off?

Pulling clusters off without dissolving the adhesive first can remove or damage natural lashes. The remover dissolves the bond layer so clusters slide off cleanly with zero force — protecting your natural lashes completely.

How long does it take to work?

30–60 seconds. Apply, wait, then gently slide clusters off with a DIY Cluster Tweezers. If the bond hasn't fully dissolved, apply a second layer and wait another 30 seconds.

Liquid products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

We offer a 60-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 60 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

**Damages and Issues**

**Exceptions / Non-returnable Items**
