Is sealant the same as Bonder?
No — Bonder is used by the lash artist immediately after the set to instantly cure adhesive and eliminate fumes. Sealant is a daily-use protective coating applied by the client at home to maintain the bond over time. Both serve different purposes and can be used together.
How often should clients apply sealant?
Once daily, ideally after cleansing with Lash Shampoo. Clients in humid climates or with oily skin may benefit from twice-daily application for maximum protection.
Will sealant make lashes feel heavy or sticky?
No — the formula is lightweight and quick-dry, leaving an invisible film with no sticky residue. Lashes feel natural and comfortable after application.
Shipping & Returns
When returning your purchased products, please keep the following important points in mind. You may return unwanted items by mail within 60 days of receiving your order.
Liquid products are not eligible for return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

**Damages and Issues**
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you discover that an item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us right away so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it for you promptly.
**Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items**
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items (promotional goods) or gift cards.
**Exchanges**
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to follow the return process for the item you currently have; once your return request is approved, simply place a separate order for the new item you wish to purchase.
**Refunds**
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your returned item, and we will let you know whether your refund request has been approved. If your application is approved, the refund amount will be automatically credited back to your original payment account.
