Shipping & Returns

Please note the following when returning purchased items. You may return unwanted items by mail within 60 days of receiving your order.

Liquid products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

We offer a 60-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 60 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Unless the return is due to a product defect, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

**Damages and Issues**
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you discover that an item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

**Exceptions / Non-returnable Items**

**Exchanges**

If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Additionally, no refunds will be issued for returns or the destruction of goods resulting from *force majeure* events (such as failure to cooperate with customs clearance, refusal to pay duties, refusal to collect the package at the designated pickup point, war, or natural disasters).

If the order has already shipped, you will receive a shipping status notification; in this case, you must return the package to us before a refund can be requested.
We will process the refund immediately upon receiving the returned package.
