Pulling clusters off without dissolving the adhesive first can remove or damage natural lashes. The remover dissolves the bond layer so clusters slide off cleanly with zero force — protecting your natural lashes completely.

How long does it take to work?

30–60 seconds. Apply, wait, then gently slide clusters off with a DIY Cluster Tweezers. If the bond hasn't fully dissolved, apply a second layer and wait another 30 seconds.

Shipping & Returns

When returning your purchased products, please keep the following important points in mind. You may return unwanted items by mail within 60 days of receiving your order.

Liquid products are not eligible for return or exchange.

We offer a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your items to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

**Damages and Issues**
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you discover that an item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us right away so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it for you promptly.

**Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items**
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. **Exchanges**
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to follow the return process for the item you currently have; once your return request is approved, simply place a separate order for the new item you wish to purchase.

**Refunds**
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your returned item, and we will let you know whether your refund request has been approved. If your application is approved, the refund amount will be automatically credited back to your original payment account. If your order has already been shipped, you will receive a notification indicating that it is currently in transit; in this instance, you must return the package to us before you can request a refund. Once we receive the returned package, we will immediately process the refund for that order.
