How long should I wait after applying primer?

Allow primer to dry completely for 30–60 seconds before applying adhesive. Applying adhesive to wet primer can interfere with the bond. You'll know it's ready when the lashes look dry and slightly matte.

Do I need primer if I already cleanse with lash shampoo?

Yes — Lash Shampoo removes surface debris and makeup, but primer removes the residual oils and protein that shampoo leaves behind, and balances the pH of the lash surface for optimal adhesive bonding. Both steps together give the best retention results.

Is primer compatible with all lash glues?

When returning your purchased products, please keep the following important points in mind. You may return unwanted items by mail within 60 days of receiving your order.

Liquid products are not eligible for return or exchange.

We offer a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your items to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

**Exchanges**
