Why does my glue feel slower in winter?
Lower temperature and humidity in winter naturally slow the curing reaction — this is expected and does not affect quality. The 2s formula is already calibrated for lower humidity, so winter performance is generally consistent.
Is this lash glue good for humidity?
Best in low humidity (40–55%). In high humidity above 60%, the glue may cure too slowly and cause stickies — switch to 0.5s Glue for better performance in humid conditions.
There is white residue on my bottle — is it damaged?
No — white residue on the outside of the bottle is caused by moisture bonding with glue molecules on the bottle exterior, typically during transport in warm, humid, or poorly ventilated conditions. The glue inside is not affected. Store in a dry, ventilated space and the residue will not reappear.
When should I upgrade to faster glue?
Once you can consistently isolate and place lashes comfortably within 1–2 seconds, upgrade to 1s Glue or 0.5s Glue for better retention and efficiency.

Liquid products are not eligible for return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

**Exchanges**
