How do I clean the glue tray?
Apply a small amount of acetone or Eyelash Glue Remover to the dried glue and let it sit for 30 seconds. The cured adhesive will peel or wipe off cleanly.
Can I use the tray with a glue sticker on top?
Yes! Many artists place a disposable glue sticker on the tray surface for even easier cleanup — just peel and replace the sticker between clients.
Shipping & Returns
When returning your purchased products, please keep the following important points in mind. You may return unwanted items by mail within 60 days of receiving your order.
Liquid products are not eligible for return or exchange.
We offer a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your items to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@swaniyalashes.com. If your return request is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Unless the return is due to a product defect, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We cannot accept items sent back to us without a prior return request.

**Damages and Issues**
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you discover that an item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us right away so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it for you promptly.
**Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items**
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about whether a specific item is eligible for return, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items (promotional goods) or gift cards.
**Exchanges**
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to follow the return process for the item you currently have; once your return request is approved, simply place a separate order for the new item you wish to purchase.
**Refunds**
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your returned item, and we will let you know whether your refund request has been approved. If your application is approved, the refund amount will be automatically credited back to your original payment account. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require some time to process and post the refund to your account; we appreciate your understanding in this regard. Furthermore, no refunds will be issued for returns or destroyed goods resulting from force majeure events—such as failure to cooperate with customs clearance, refusal to pay customs duties, refusal to collect a package from a designated pickup point, war, or natural disasters.
You may request a return and refund within 60 days of purchase. Return shipping costs must be borne by the buyer. Returned items must be unused, remain in their original condition as received, and include all original packaging.
Please ensure that returned items are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. We accept no liability for any loss or damage incurred by returned items during the shipping process.

Once an item has been shipped, we accept no liability for any damage or loss that may occur to the package during transit.
If you wish to cancel an order, you must notify us before the order has been shipped. We will confirm the order cancellation with you via email or online chat. Refund requests will be processed within seven business days. Depending on the processing speed of your bank, it may take up to 10–15 business days for the refund amount to appear on your account statement.
If your order has already been shipped, you will receive a notification indicating that it is currently in transit; in this instance, you must return the package to us before you can request a refund. Once we receive the returned package, we will immediately process the refund for that order.
If the return is requested due to reasons attributable to the consumer, the return shipping costs must be borne by the consumer. The specific shipping cost amount will depend on the rates charged by the courier service provider you select.
If the item you received is damaged or if a shipping error occurred due to our fault, the resulting return shipping costs will not be borne by the consumer.
