Shipping & Returns

When returning your purchased products, please keep the following important points in mind. You may return unwanted items by mail within 60 days of receiving your order.

Liquid products are not eligible for return or exchange.

We offer a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your items to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unless the return is due to a product defect, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We cannot accept items sent back to us without a prior return request.

**Damages and Issues**

**Exchanges**
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to follow the return process for the item you currently have; once your return request is approved, simply place a separate order for the new item you wish to purchase.

**Refunds**
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your returned item, and we will let you know whether your refund request has been approved. If your application is approved, the refund amount will be automatically credited back to your original payment account. If your order has already been shipped, you will receive a notification indicating that it is currently in transit; in this instance, you must return the package to us before you can request a refund. Once we receive the returned package, we will immediately process the refund for that order.

If the return is requested due to reasons attributable to the consumer, the return shipping costs must be borne by the consumer. The specific shipping cost amount will depend on the rates charged by the courier service provider you select.

If the item you received is damaged or if a shipping error occurred due to our fault, the resulting return shipping costs will not be borne by the consumer.
