What humidity level is best for lash extensions?
45–60%RH is the sweet spot for most lash adhesives. Below 35%RH, glue cures too slowly. Above 70%RH, glue cures too fast and can cause shock polymerization (white residue on lashes).

Does the meter need calibration?
No — the meter is pre-calibrated and ready to use out of the box. Accuracy is ±1°C for temperature and ±5%RH for humidity.

Can I use this in my glue storage box?
Yes! Place the meter inside your Glue Storage Tank to monitor the internal environment where your adhesive is stored.

Please note the following when returning purchased items. You may return unwanted items by mail within 60 days of receiving your order.

Liquid products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

We offer a 60-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 60 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@swaniyalashes.com. If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Unless the return is due to a product defect, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

**Damages and Issues**
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you discover that an item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

**Exceptions / Non-returnable Items**
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about the eligibility of a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

**Exchanges**
To get the item you want as quickly as possible, we recommend following the return process for your current item; once the return is approved, simply place a separate order for the new item you wish to purchase.

**Refunds**
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you immediately regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund; we appreciate your understanding. Additionally, no refunds will be issued for returns or the destruction of goods resulting from *force majeure* events (such as failure to cooperate with customs clearance, refusal to pay duties, refusal to collect the package at the designated pickup point, war, or natural disasters).

You may request a return and refund within 60 days of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition upon receipt, and include all original packaging.

Please ensure return items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We are not liable for any loss or damage to returned items occurring during shipping.

If the order has already shipped, you will receive a shipping status notification; in this case, you must return the package to us before a refund can be requested.
We will process the refund immediately upon receiving the returned package.
No refunds will be issued if goods are destroyed by customs due to reasons attributable to the buyer (e.g., refusal to cooperate with customs clearance, incorrect address, inability to be contacted, etc.). If goods are forcibly returned by customs, the buyer is responsible for both the return shipping costs and the original shipping costs. The specific shipping amount depends on the rates charged by your chosen courier service.

If the item you received is damaged or if a shipping error occurred due to our fault, the consumer will not be responsible for the resulting return shipping costs.
