Shipping & Returns

Liquid products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
We offer a 60-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 60 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Unless the return is due to a product defect, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

**Damages and Issues**
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you discover that an item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
**Exceptions / Non-returnable Items**
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). **Exchanges**
To get the item you want as quickly as possible, we recommend following the return process for your current item; once the return is approved, simply place a separate order for the new item you wish to purchase.
**Refunds**
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you immediately regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund; we appreciate your understanding. Additionally, no refunds will be issued for returns or the destruction of goods resulting from *force majeure* events (such as failure to cooperate with customs clearance, refusal to pay duties, refusal to collect the package at the designated pickup point, war, or natural disasters).
