1. Assess — Identify the client’s eye shape and natural lash direction before selecting curl; for hooded eyes, M or L curl is usually the starting point
2. Prep — Cleanse natural lashes with Eyelash Primer to remove oils and maximize adhesion
3. Isolate — Use precision tweezers to isolate one natural lash
4. Pick up — Grip the lash extension; ensure the flat base faces down toward the natural lash for L-series curls — correct orientation is critical for lift direction
5. Dip — Dip the base into 0.5s Lash Glue — use minimal adhesive for a clean bond

Hooded eyes have a skin fold that covers the outer corner. C and D curls point upward but get hidden under the hood. L-series curls have a flat base that lifts the lash outward first, then upward — making the curl visible even on hooded eyes where standard curls are invisible.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

**Damages and Issues**
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you discover that an item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

**Exchanges**

If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method.
